The Delray Beach Club

The Delray Beach Club Residences (DBCR) and the Delray Beach Club were built by the same developer. The Beach Club was built first in the late 1960’s as a way to promote the sale of the DBCR condominiums. In 1982 the members of the Club took the Club over from the developer and the Club became independent of the condominiums. Although the Club and DBCR have separated, all DBCR owners have a deeded pathway to the beach through the Club property directly across the street. There remain close ties with the Club as a large number of DBCR owners are members.
